Add a touch of Japanese tradition to your look with our unique upcycled scrunchies, made from leftover fabrics from authentic Japanese kimonos. Each of these scrunchies is a one-of-a-kind creation, carefully crafted from unique parts of the kimono, making no two scrunchies the same. We carefully select the most beautiful leftover fabrics.

Because we work with limited amounts of leftover fabric, there are only a small number of these scrunchies available. This means that you not only have a beautiful accessory, but also a rare piece that is truly unique.

For orders over €25 you will receive a free purple bag! Ideal to store your scrunchies or as a nice gift.

Sustainability

Lila hair clips are made of cellulose acetate, a plant-based bio-plastic certified by ISCC PLUS. Compared to petroleum-based plastic, acetate is more sustainable and biodegradable. The acetate and metal components are tested and free of harmful substances such as lead, cadmium and phthalates.

We carefully select our production partners. In June 2024, we visited our production partners. Our production partners meet the standards of BSCI, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. These certificates guarantee the material quality and working conditions.

Slight color or pattern variations may occur due to the handmade nature of acetate production.
